What does a CumberladCAE Association Rep Lead Do?

A  Association Representative is a vital point of contact within their school community, sharing timely information, supporting member engagement, and helping to grow our collective voice for public education.

• Attend Monthly Mass Meetings to learn, share in decision making, and keep up to date 

• Respond to correspondence - engage co-workers in  Local/State/National campaigns

• Join committees and attend trainings  

• Recruit/retain members to build power

• Hold listening sessions and engage in 1 on 1s 

• Encourage/Increase #RedforEd visibility- take pics and submit to communication team to post and share.

• Attend school board meetings/Speak at school board meetings

• Share Local, State, & National membership benefits
